Free Shipping in Canada
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before GST) within Canada.

Orders are shipped via courier when a physical address is provided, or Canada Post if a PO box is listed.

Orders under $100 (before tax) are subject to standard shipping fees.

To the USA: $39.99 (subject to change)

Please note: Any customs, duties, or additional charges for U.S. orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup (Free!)
If you're nearby, you can choose free local pickup from our Didsbury, Alberta location. Simply select the local pickup option during checkout.

Sitewide & In-Store Sales
Items purchased during our sitewide or in-store sales through-out the year and around the holiday season (e.g., Christmas) can be returned for exchange or store credit only in the form of a gift card.

Final Sale Items
Products listed in our SALE section (online or in-store) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged—unless you need a different size of the exact same item.

Discount Code Purchases
Used a discount code from our SMS or email newsletter? These items still qualify for our standard 10-day return policy. Discount codes do not make items final sale unless stated otherwise.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.ullala.ca. All store purchases may only be returned to Ulla-la Boutique stores. Please contact individual stores for the return/exchange policy.
  1. FINAL SALES: All sales of E-Gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, under garments, leggings, tights, perfume, body suites or any items considered Intimates and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail or courier.

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the shipped date. If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, please mail the merchandise to our Online Returns address for an exchange, credit to your account or refund to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Return shipping is non-refundable. All Custom & Duty (USA) charges are the responsibility of purchaser.

 

HOW TO RETURN:

 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED by mail
Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 10 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.  

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed on your Return Form. In addition, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Items with the smell of smoke, perfume, animal or any other smell will not be considered for refund, exchange or credit. 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned within our 10 day return policy, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ullala.ca and send your item to: Ulla-la Boutique, PO Box 1948, Didsbury AB, CA T0M 0W0.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
