At Ulla-la we have a policy that states: Love it or Leave it. We want you to Love, Love, Love your purchase, but if for any reason you don’t, just follow the steps for our return and exchange policy below and we will be pleased to make it right.

Please note: Every item in your order has been fully inspected prior to being shipped to you. Due to the delicate nature of the garments in your order, please remove any jewelry before trying on!

Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged upon arrival or the size you ordered was shipped incorrectly.)

All Merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached. Tags that have been cut off or re-pinned will not be accepted. Items with the smell of smoke, perfume, animal or any other smell; items snagged, torn, dirty or damaged in any way will not be considered for refund, exchange or credit.

FINAL SALE: All Items offered “On Sale” as well as Jewelry, Cosmetics, E-Gift Cards, Intimates, Body Suits, Leggings, Tights, Under Garments or Perfume are not available for Return, Exchange or Credit. Please refer to our on-line policy

Please email us at: sales@ullala.ca  if you're exchanging and worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will be issued a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. Please indicate item(s) purchased and item(s) you wish to receive in exchange below.
