Sleeve Length: With your elbow bent 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip. With the tape measure at the center back of your neck, measure to your shoulder, then to your elbow, and down to your wrist. This total length is your sleeve length in inches.

Bust: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor for best results.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, generally around the belly button area. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor for best results.

Hips: Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor for best results.

Inseam: Using a pair of your best-fitting pants of a material similar to that of the pants you're purchasing, measure from the top inner thigh to the bottom of the hem. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is your inseam length.

Height: Stand barefoot with your feet slightly apart and your back against a wall. The measurement from the floor to the top of your head is your height.
