We want to ensure you have a great shopping experience, so here are some key points about our return policy:

Holiday Sale Items: Any items purchased during our sitewide sales or in-store sales during the Christmas holidays can be returned for either a Gift Card or an Exchange only.

Final Sale Items: Please note that items found in our SALE section (both online and in-store) are final sale and cannot be returned unless it is for the exact same item in a different size.

Discount Codes: If you received a discount code through our SMS or email newsletter, please remember that these discounts do not indicate that the items are on sale. Items purchased with these codes still qualify for our standard 10-day return policy.

We understand that shopping online can be complicated at times BUT we are here for you and we will answer any questions you may have to help the process go in the right direction! We do our VERY BEST to ship your items the same day and at the very least we can guarantee they will be fulfilled and shipped out within 1-4 business days. If you were hoping to receive your purchase by a specific date please email us during our business hours of 10:00 am - 4:30 pm at:  
sales@ullala.ca and we can let you know if we can make that happen for you. All orders placed after 12pm MST on Fridays will ship out Monday. Please allow for an extra business day over Canadian holidays as Canada Post is not open on statutory holidays.

If an item(s) purchased just isn’t working out the way you hoped, here is our return or exchange policy below:
We will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for size!
​Items must be in new condition - no signs of wear, original tags attached (pinned on tags will NOT be accepted), unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup-free, smoke-free and deodorant and perfume free.

  • Items purchased ON SALE are FINAL SALE no exceptions. 

  • If you simply want to exchange for a different size, you can most certainly do that, when the product is available!

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • Merchandise must arrive back to us before we issue a refund.

  • Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point.

**If you're exchanging and worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will be issued a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. (This refund is for size/color exchanges ONLY, otherwise our policy is refund for now).

  • You’re welcome to reuse the package that your order arrived in - we don’t judge a package based on looks around here!

  • Pretty pretty please inspect your order as soon as it arrives!  If there happens to be an issue with anything, please contact us immediately so we can take good care of you! 

  • All approved refunds will be charged back to the card/account that was used in the initial purchase. No exceptions.  

  • Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 7 days of ordering for a refund.

Please be aware that sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:

  • Clearance Items, Final Sale

  • Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Seamless Wear (Cami's Seamless Shirts, Seamless Tees etc. Leggings), Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicone Bras,  Bralettes, Bandeaus, Leotards, Leggings (including pleather), Yoga Pants, Hair Accessories, Hats, Beanies, Undergarments, Socks, Eyewear, Lotions, Perfume, Soaps and Gift Certificates Can NOT be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to add any other items that have sanitary issues to the list at any time*

  • Footwear must be returned in their original box UNWORN (any damage or obvious wear of the footwear will not be accepted), without damage to the original footwear box (we need the box to resell them) and mailed back over-boxed. .i.e., NO shipping labels, other marking on the outside of the footwear box will be accepted.

  • Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.

  • All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free condition with the original tags attached (not pinned on) - NO makeup or deodorant stains or odors.).

  • Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • We are happy to offer you a full refund (read above), please ensure you connect with us within 5 business days of the tracked delivery time. Please note we do not refund the costs to send the item back.

  • You MUST communicate with the Ulla-La Boutique team within 5 business days of receiving your package should you wish to receive an exchange or refund (this applies to ONLINE ONLY as our in store policy is 10 days from purchase). That is a generous amount of time to try on, inspect and ensure you love your goods. If you do not communicate within that time frame, it is assumed you have fallen head over heels in love with your new item(s).

Upon arrival, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. If it’s important that you know when your return arrived, please refer to your means of Delivery Confirmation (tracking number).

* NOTE: We GUARANTEE when your orders/gifts leave the Ulla-la Boutique headquarters they have been inspected and will arrive looking beautiful and professional. We cannot guarantee perfection especially when your package is in the delivery chain. Please, your understanding of this is most appreciated.
